Outdoor Building Solutions®
is proud to be a preferred materials supplier for Fisher Barns
, located in Abbeville, South Carolina. Fisher Barns constructs a wide variety of handcrafted outdoor structures, ranging from top-quality storage sheds
to cabins to portable garages. They also offer a selection of gazebos and playsets. If it’s quality, design and usefulness you’re looking for, you’ll find it at Fisher Barns. Fisher Barns was founded in 2003 by two brothers, Matt and Marvin Fisher. The two worked in concrete finishing for a number of years before deciding to try their hand at the shed business. They started out slowly, first buying the sheds out of Tennessee and Virginia and retailing them in the Abbeville area. Just one year later, the brothers decided to begin building their own sheds and go full-time with the business. Today, Fisher Barns services North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Quality Craftsmanship, Affordable Pricing
Members of the Fisher team put their background in the building and construction industry to good use. Each Fisher structure is built to high quality standards, employing construction techniques similar to homebuilding. The quality of products from LP®
Outdoor Building Solutions®
are an ideal match for the construction methods used by Fisher Barns. “LP products are cost-effective products that help us build quality buildings that will last for many years – all within a budget our customers can afford,” says company co-owner Matt Fisher. Fisher also notes that the durability of LP shed products is another tremendous benefit to using them. “Termite resistance is important here in the southeastern U.S.,” he says. “The SmartGuard®
process makes LP materials resistant to termite damage, which is a huge selling point for our customers.”
Featured Project: Campground Cabins
A group of campground cabins is one of the most memorable projects Fisher Barns has completed using LP SmartSide products.
One of the most memorable projects completed by Fisher Barns was a group of cabins that were built and finished for a campground. “We used LP lap siding, and the cabins looked stunning!” says Fisher.
A custom ramp system makes storage sheds from Fisher Barns more accessible.
The Fisher brothers are no strangers to innovation, either. To help their customers get equipment and tools in and out of a storage building more easily, they offer a ramp system. Each ramp system is customized to the length the customer needs, and features an extruded aluminum door sill, ramp brackets and pressure-treated ramp boards. The ramp system is designed to last for many years and makes Fisher storage sheds much more accessible.
